Orderly Havoc is a fast-paced indie time-management game that blends household chores with a psychological horror element. Players take control of an obsessive man who must desperately maintain complete neatness within his household. The game features a unique retro, pixel-stylized look that evokes early gaming eras while crafting a distinctly eerie atmosphere.

The core gameplay centers on a rapidly filling to-do list consisting of over 40 distinct chores. Each chore functions as its own interactive mini-game, forcing players to quickly complete tasks like watering plants, organizing the fridge, or washing windows. However, time runs continuously, and letting the chores pile up causes the character’s stress level to spike. If the stress meter fills completely, or if tasks are neglected for too long, something uncanny and horrible strikes.

To survive the escalating difficulty, players must carefully manage multiple chores simultaneously while tracking critical resources like hydration to combat physical fatigue. Beneath the frantic, WarioWare-style mechanics lies an unsettling narrative. As the stages progress, players unravel a creeping mystery surrounding the character’s home, his unsettling daily medication, and the dark entities lurking just beyond the edge of his perception.
