Pecker is an indie 3D puzzle platformer developed and published by Fonteinsoft UG. Released into full version in April 2025, the game follows the lighthearted journey of a newly hatched, adorable birdlike creature. The charming protagonist sets off across a vibrant world to find magical ingredients and ultimately save the kingdom, all while wearing a variety of unlockable hats.

The core of the gameplay revolves around a highly unique beak-based movement mechanic. Players can stab the bird’s flexible beak directly into wooden walls, platforms, or columns to hang in place. From there, you pull back on the controls to adjust your launch angle and catapult the character gracefully across the air to the next surface, establishing a fast-paced, satisfying flow of vertical traversal.

Exploration takes place across diverse medieval biomes, including floating islands, dense forests, snow-covered mountains, and grand castles. Along the way, players must navigate intricate environmental puzzles, defeat local enemies, and hunt down hidden silver and gold coins to buy new abilities like air-dashing. The adventure can be enjoyed as a solo experience or with up to three friends via local split-screen co-op.
